Our Story

Kingdom Shine was founded in 2024 to address a twofold need we saw in the world.

The first need we saw was for a people-oriented approach to business. We saw too many corporations expanding by standing on the backs of hardworking and good hearted people who would never be appreciated, recognized, or compensated in the ways they deserved. We believe that if you focus on taking care of your people, your people will take care of your customers and give them the very best experience, and the business will thrive as a result because of the people-focused culture you have cultivated.

Unlike many business owners who go into business with large sums of money, we entered the world of business ownership as average, everyday people with a mission. Funded directly from our own budgets, we started within our means, fueled by a passion to create better jobs for people throughout our region.

The second need we saw was for a cleaning business, and that helped us narrow our focus to address a need in our community. We desire to be deeply involved in and connected with our community, and as we looked for ways we could serve our community as a business, it became clear that our community was in need of cleaning services.

We paired our values with the need, refined our concept, and developed a plan - and so, Kingdom Shine was born. Now, with all our dreams, we’re unveiling it for you and inviting you to join us in creating a kingdom that truly shines!
